I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--6.5 Harmon's/Heights rhythm run w/ a new group.
am--5 Grass threshold intervals (4x 4:00 on, :60 off). Good stuff from the kids.
pm--2 Lava Flow double and weights. Had about 10 kids, so that was good.
am--4 Snake Hollow and then some other running before team breakfast.
am--5.5 Halfway Wash w/ 4x hill sprints and a little barefoot.
pm--2.25 Warrior Way and weights.
am--6.25 SC Parkway w/ Eliza, Emmy, and Finn. Felt better than expected.
am--5 Road to Kent's Lake w/ about 1500 feet of climbing.
pm--2.25 Easy run in Beaver. Camp was good.
