I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--6 Anasazi w/ LG out. Listened to a podcast about one of my favorite ever tv shows. I also finished Doyle's The Hound of the Baskervilles. It's a Sherlock mystery but actually features more Dr. Watson.
pm--6 Slow and aerobic tready work. Really trying to get 4-6 hours per week.
am--5.5 Anasazi. 'Twas actually in the 60s when I started. Good to begin a day in the dirt.
am--5.25 Anasazi w/ Tom to finish off the week.
