I'm married with 3 cuties and a buddy. When I don't run, I'm ornery. So for their sake--It's all for them--I run.
am--8 Mega Zen w/ Andrew. Lots of climbing. I was pretty beat by the end.
am--4 Anasazi w/ Tom. We went at 10, so it was toasty.
am--5 Snake Hollow w/ the soccer girls.
am--5.5 SC Drive w/ 4x hill sprints and some grass loops. Ran mostly w/ the boys.
am--6.5 Threshold Intervals on the grass at SC Elementary. The workout was 3-4x (3 min. and 4x :30 w/ :60 recovery and 2:00 between sets). Kids looked good.
pm--5 Scorcher on Anasazi w/ some pre-punk sounds.
