am--5 Swiss Days course w/ 7x 2:00 threshold pickups. That's mid-7s for current fitness. I also finished a Beehive Nominee book--Ghostlight by Kenneth Oppel. It was a fun read and makes me want to visit Canada.
am--6 Reverse Heights w/ increasing pace. Thought about strides but, for some reason, feeling a bit trashed. I also finished The Selected Poems of James Tate. Some of the poems really hit, and others are a bit absurd.
