pm--5.25 Harmon's Trail w/ 6x striders after. After a needed day off and a nap, I'm feeling better mentally. Now, the sickness is coming on.
pm--5.5 Vineyard w/ a good group.
am--2 Woke up feeling sick and w/out a voice. Skeleton crew.
