pm--6.5 Anasazi w/ Chipmunk and down to the lower trailhead. Nice overcast evening. I love this time of year. The trail was therapeutic today.

pm--6 Barrel Roll clockwise. The weather was a bit warmer this afternoon, so I enjoyed the dirt and the music of Will Oldham. Not much better than that.

pm--6.5 Tempo Loop work w/ 3x5-min. @ light tempo w/ 2.5 minutes of recovery. Even nicer weather today. My legs were dead for the form work after.

I finished a great book by Matthew B. Crawford called Shop Class As Soulcraft. So great. I might need to check out more of his work.

pm--5.5 Most of the Rim Trails on a limited time budget. 

am--6 Anasazi on another limited time budget. I also finished listening to a book I've been listening to intermittently on the trails. It's called Sand Talk: How Indigenous Thinking Can Save the World by Tyson Yunkaporta. Lots of interesting tidbits.
