Ran with Michelle - her house-Caveman blvd-art dye-mitchell hollow.  41 degrees and officially humid.  All the chafing!

This officially sucked.  My HR was race pace.  My legs felt SO heavy.  I feel like I keep going backwards instead of making any progress.  I've had a MAJOR headache since I've gotten home.
