| Low mileage today. My knees were hurting, and it wasn't the pain I've had lately, its runners knee pain. And unfortunately I have lots of experience with that haha. I want to race well at region, but my #1 priority is to stay healthy. I'm sick of being injured. I know that if all these injuries wouldn't have happened I would be on varsity right now. Gonna go easy tomorrow, and if it's still hurting, will take a few days off. But maybe and hopefully this is just one of those weird 1 day injuries. |

| My knee felt fine today, which is good. Workout was 800,600,400x3. I felt pretty junky the entire time. Ryan had me sit out the last 800. My times were 2:43,1:57,76,2:45,1:47,79,1:54,72. I think I've been kinda sick these past few days. During workouts and runs i feel bad, after i feel terrible. Or maybe I'm just not eating right. I do need to eat healthier for sure. Especially for lunch. |

| 2 mile warm-up, 1200,800,600,400, 2 mile cooldown. I struggled, felt weak. Maybe I'm not drinking enough. Shout out to zack because he's still pushing hard and not giving up even though nothing is going his way. |

| 30 minutes on the spin bike, average incline of 1.8%. Later in the day i did 6 on bonneville @7:25 pace. Sprinkling for first half which was quite refreshing. |

| 2 mile tempo. I wasn't feeling it today so I just told myself to negative split the 2nd mile by at least 10 seconds. I hit 6:43 (haha soooo slow), then 6:12. So 12:55 total. At region i want to get under 17:45, so i have a bit of work to do. |
