| 30 minutes on the spin bike, average incline of 1.8%. Later in the day i did 6 on bonneville @7:25 pace. Sprinkling for first half which was quite refreshing. |

| 2 mile tempo. I wasn't feeling it today so I just told myself to negative split the 2nd mile by at least 10 seconds. I hit 6:43 (haha soooo slow), then 6:12. So 12:55 total. At region i want to get under 17:45, so i have a bit of work to do. |

| Last hard workout before region! 9x400 with 90 seconds rest. I hit 74,75,75,76,75,75,78,75,70. I was really mad at myself for that 78. I'm happy with this workout. So pumped for region. I AM going to get under 17:30. Cooldown and ice bath. Ice bath was one of the coldest I've ever taken. My right hip was hurting on the cooldown. I've had all sorts of aches and pains this week, so after region I am going to take 4-5 days off to make sure I'm complelety healthy. |

| Cross country banquet today. I got the "stalker" award and I am quite satisfied with that. So shoutout to galen and jamison for coming up with it. I got sad thinking I may never race a true xc race again. Rumning has been awesome these past 2.5 years. Although my times don't reflect the work I've put into running, I'm glad I run. | Ran around "G" mountain and it was definitely a good time. Ran some extra doing pick up runs for my dad. The loop is 8.5 miles. Will for sure do it again sometime. |
