Low mileage today. My knees were hurting, and it wasn't the pain I've had lately, its runners knee pain. And unfortunately I have lots of experience with that haha. I want to race well at region, but my #1 priority is to stay healthy. I'm sick of being injured. I know that if all these injuries wouldn't have happened I would be on varsity right now. Gonna go easy tomorrow, and if it's still hurting, will take a few days off. But maybe and hopefully this is just one of those weird 1 day injuries. |
