My knee felt fine today, which is good. Workout was 800,600,400x3. I felt pretty junky the entire time. Ryan had me sit out the last 800. My times were 2:43,1:57,76,2:45,1:47,79,1:54,72. I think I've been kinda sick these past few days. During workouts and runs i feel bad, after i feel terrible. Or maybe I'm just not eating right. I do need to eat healthier for sure. Especially for lunch. |
