Woke up with pain shooting in my left leg. This thing is more than I thought, I am going to FORCE myself to not run.
Went to the gym, 1 hour spinning class, .35 mile swim. The swim made my leg feel better.
I am really frustrated with this injury in my left hip flexor. Thank heavens I don't have any races planned in the near future.
