I went back to the gym. 1 hour on the weights and 2 miles around the track. I think that I need to stop pushing my leg so much...

I'm in Bro. Struther's group. He has to fill Van 2 so I ask for runner 7 (leg 7, 19, 31). This being my first relay, and just 6 days after Utah Valley, I want the easiest leg and don't want to do the "ultra". I figure the expense is like paying $10 per mile, I don't want to suffer, I want FUN!

I totally didn't know you weren't running ragnar!!! My group was looking for me to recruit someone to be in the van with me that I would know - DANG!!! Now I feel cheated :(

Good question...I missed what happened to my leg too. Last Monday after 6 miles it was really nagging. Something up is with the left hip flexor. Lame thing. I just hope it gets better so it can keep up with my racing plans this summer!
