Fast walking. P, P and P. W and BW squats and calf raises. I had food poisoning the the past two days.
Easy pace, but legs were sore and dead from squats and calf raises, so it didn't feel easy at all.
Relaxed pace, pavement and dirt roads. P, P and P. 3 x FC. HS, GL, HF and Hip exercises with ankle weights.
