Nice run on a great morning.  I was almost alone out there today not many walkers out and only 1 runner.  Just a nice quiet run today with some strategically placed clouds to give me lots of shade.

Nice run on a pretty warm morning. Kinda zapped me today.  Great sunrise but it only lasted a minute or so if you blinked you missed it.

Very warm, windy this morning.  That's a double whammy for me I'm beat now.  Ended up running pretty hard today for some unknown reason so it ended up being a huge sweat fest.  Yep, I was putting out the vibe this morning...jk  I saw 7 other runners, all women, this morning which is kinda a lot for me.  What's up with the guys up here?

10 miles early on a great morning.  I almost rolled back over and went to bed this morning because I was sooo tired.  Glad I got up it was at least 10 degrees cooler this morning.

Got home and went for 2 more very easy with my wife and chloe.  Great morning all together.

Awesome easy run with Brandon and Ben on the Ogden River Parkway from Monroe park down to the confluence of the Ogden and Weber rivers and back.  Great run and great company.
