Nice run this morning, I'm feeling a little better than I did on Friday so that's always good.  It was a little cooler when I started out this morning and it felt pretty good.  I didn't start feeling that it was getting a little too warm until around 8 miles in so not too bad this morning heat wise.  Good run otherwise this morning.

Splits: 10:10, 10:00, 9:18, 9:38, 9:07, 8:52, 8:47, 8:41, 8:11, 2:25 (.28 Mile)

Not much sleep last night, on call again and a lot of backups kept failing keeping me up.  Tired run today, a little cooler again (around 64) so that helped.  My stomach is still kind of iffy as well but at least I made it through my normal run.

Another great run this morning. I almost talked my self out of it because the inner part of my left thigh was sore, I'm glad I decided to give it a try. I find it a little amazing that when you push yourself a little bit harder and then ease off you end up running faster than normal on the ease off part yet I don't feel like I'm pushing it any harder.

Had a nice ride on the Harley last night up Weber Canyon and then over Trappers Loop and down Ogden Canyon.

Splits: 9:37, 9:50, 8:56, 8:52, 8:27, 7:59, 4:20 (.55 Mile)

Time: 58:03 (8:52 Ave. pace)

1st Half: 30:24

2nd Half: 27:39

Tired this morning.  We spent yesterday in Park City for my daughters soccer tournament and it's amazing how doing nothing makes you so worn out.  I started this morning with the goal of a nice easy run, it turned out I ran a littler harder than I wanted to.  But I felt good so why not.

Splits: 9:52, 9:36, 9:00, 8:31, 8:02, 4:32 (.56 Mile)

Time: 49:35 (8:55 Ave. pace)

1st Half: 25:15
