Another great run this morning. I almost talked my self out of it because the inner part of my left thigh was sore, I'm glad I decided to give it a try. I find it a little amazing that when you push yourself a little bit harder and then ease off you end up running faster than normal on the ease off part yet I don't feel like I'm pushing it any harder. Had a nice ride on the Harley last night up Weber Canyon and then over Trappers Loop and down Ogden Canyon. Splits: 9:37, 9:50, 8:56, 8:52, 8:27, 7:59, 4:20 (.55 Mile) Time: 58:03 (8:52 Ave. pace) 1st Half: 30:24 2nd Half: 27:39 |
