Guess I didn't register in time for the Ogden Marathon, which officially now sucks in my book as they seem to just be pushing their VIP rip off entries. Yes, my wife is correct that I am feeling bitter.

Step Interval instructor had her baby, and the gym in an effort to cut costs has cancelled class during her maternity leave, so it was all treadmill today.

I had planned on sneaking in an evening workout but ended up having to spend the night at my dad's place on the couch as he had a little trouble coming out from anesthesia for an endoscopy in the afternoon.  All is well.

I had no legs today.  I quit after 14.5.  First 7.5 at 8:00 pace, 2% incline.  6 t 6:55 pace, -3% decline.  Last .5 at 8:00 pace at 4% incline.  I could have used some Farley energy.
