Wow, I'm so impressed at your weekly mileage! and V02 max...that Bonnie Pruden must've worked some miracles in your training regimine :) Have a great weekend! Don't overdo it now, 200 is pretty good for a long run...maybe just keep your long run tomorrow at 50 or so.
