I had no legs today. I quit after 14.5. First 7.5 at 8:00 pace, 2% incline. 6 t 6:55 pace, -3% decline. Last .5 at 8:00 pace at 4% incline. I could have used some Farley energy.

Paul, hey my friend is trying to get into the Ogden 1/2 and I told her you got in through Zion's bank...she has an account I just need to know how you did it. If you could let me know I'd appreciate it.
oh, that Farley is crazy! It cracked me up, I couldn't even read your post... I was too distracted.

Geez Paul, you are slacking! Only 14 1/2? You are crazy! You obviously had some legs. And it's only Wednesday!

That was my favorite SNL ever. It sounds like you had a great run.

I hear there is an inaugural half marathon in Riverton March 28- you going to run it? Ostler wants me to come run it with him. if I do we can pace each other!

14 1/2 on a treadmill can feel like an eternity sometimes. Way to get'er done even with heavy legs. Love the Farley dance!!!!

Were you over at the District yesterday afternoon? I was heading to get dog food and thought I saw you but you were in your car so I couldn't yell "HI".

I suppose it is encouraging to know there is some other guy out there fugly enough to be mistaken for me. I hope he drove a cool car.

hahaha. i agree, it's hard to read your post with the farley maniac. it's one of those things that is so unpleasant to look at that you can't stop looking at it. anyway, nice run. GREAT run actually, considering it was on the TM. that takes lots of dedication.

It really wasn't you Paul? I thought for sure. It was like that black Dodge thingy you drive. Hmmm, it's a good thing I didn't yell "Hi" after all!

Paul, thanks for the info about Ogden. I've found a 1/2 in Syracuse on Memorial day that I think we'll do. It will be a nice recovery race for me after Ogden and I'll just run it with her at whatever pace she wants...anyway, I digress. 14.5 miles on a TM? I wouldn't call that slacking! That would be like Chinese water torture for me!
