4 mile uphill warm up, 3 miles downhill mp, 1 mile cool down
Total 8 miles, my legs felt better today than they have in a long time.
Pilates, 10 minutes jump rope
6 mile recovery run. Had a little niggle in my right calf but as long as I kept it slow it didn't seem to bother me. Seems okay now post run. I'll keep close tabs on it.
Being super cautious with my claf niggle, I decided not to run today.
Pilates, Core, Lower body, 1 mile weighted vest TM walk
1 mile warm up, 3x 1 mile downhill mile repeats with 1 mile rccovery climb back up, 1 mile cool down. Averaged 6:43 per mile.
Calf didn't bother me when running but I can tell something is just a smidge off with it.
Night Pilates
10 miles. No niggles! It is still so humid outside. It really will be nice when the weather finally changes soon.
6 miles hiking in the mountains above Durango with Doone. Today is her 50th birthday.
