6 miles even slower.  It's like I'm running in mud.  I can't figure out why I can't make myself run faster.  At least my muscles feel fine, mostly.

Pilates then helped a friend move for a couple hours.

1 mile warm up, 5 x 800m with 800m recovery for a total of 6 miles.  Averaged 3:19 per 800, way slower than I should be, but faster than I thought I would be.  Legs feeling strong right now. It felt good to do some faster running.
