This is the first week my leg has felt completely normal in over 4 months!!!! I haven't tried running on it this week, but I have not even felt a little twinge in my leg this week, not touching it, not going down stairs, not anything! I am very excited that I may have finally turned the corner on this. My plan is to wait until after our family trip to Orlando which is the first full week of October and then try some easy running. Until then, I'll just stick with the cross training. |
