| TM 1% incline for 1 hour First 5 miles at 8:00 Mile 6 at 6:00 1.75 miles at 8:00 I was trying to be good and run slow like Teena reminded me, but I figured one fast mile wouldn't hurt and it is so much fun to run fast, so I just went for it and it felt good and wasn't even too hard.

I didn't have much time this morning so I picked up the pace and ran shorter than normal. TM 0.5% incline, 6:40 pace, 5 miles, 33:20 I can't believe that was my average pace for the 2010 Boston marathon. I am a long ways from being in that kind of shape right now.

TM: Ran miles 1,2,4,6,8 at 8:00 pace and miles 3, 5, 7 at 6:00 pace. Wasn't sure how it would go but was pleasantly surprised that the 3rd mile at 6:00 wasn't too bad.
