I didn't have much time this morning so I picked up the pace and ran shorter than normal.

TM 0.5% incline, 6:40 pace, 5 miles, 33:20

I can't believe that was my average pace for the 2010 Boston marathon.  I am a long ways from being in that kind of shape right now.

Well get back on the horse and re-earn it, the old fashioned way.....

Believe it! That's what happens when you become Bishop.

Glad you're finding time to run! NICE JOB!

Nice job Rhett. I'll bet you are still the fastest Bishop in Arizona.

I can not believe that my little sprints this morning were slower than your average pace! OK, I can believe it, but still!!!

I think most of us have a hard time fathoming what we do in races...it is not reality! Something happens on race day and that was your day! You are fast, you will have more of those great race days-MANY MORE!

I feel the same way when I run about 5 miles in the 7:30s. I used to run that for 26 miles! The thought of trying that pace now just scares me. :) Good run!
