| TM 2% incline, 8 minute miles. First 4 in my vibrams then started getting blisters on the bottom of my feet, so switched to my normal running shoes for the last 2 miles. Maybe I should get me some of those new vibrams that are running specific.

| Yesterday Tally and Lane had their tonsils removed. That made for a long night last night. I was still able to get to the gym before work today. Poor Doone seemed fried this morning though, poor thing. She does so much and works so hard. I couldn't have a better wife.
