I actually got up and ran after getting home from vacation last night. I only did 4 miles but it was my first run in almost 2 miles nths. I’ve put on about 10 pounds of mostly muscle by lifting weights the last couple months. I feel strong but heavy. Now I need to lean back down while keeping the newfound strength.

I was sick most of the week last week so didn't exercise much.  I went back to the gym this morning and lifted weights and did some cardio.  I got a little light headed so had to back off on the workout. Maybe I'm not all the way over the sickness.
