I have not been doing my normal exercise lately. I'm definitely starting to feel it. Chase and I have been playing pickle ball in the evenings so at least I've been doing that a few nights per week. He's leaving back for school at the end of this week so I'll need to get back to my normal exercise routine. It's been a nice break I guess though.
It's time to start getting back into shape after taking most of the month of July off. I started off nice and easy this morning with a slow 30 minute swim followed by a slow 2 mile TM run then some light core work.
