I'm trying to slowly build running miles to see if I can get past my chronic calf problems I've had the last few years. We'll see. If not I'll just keep swimming and biking a lot.

It was too stormy out to swim in the lake and I had a teeth cleaning appointment this morning so I just ran.  I did go outside since it is cooler from the storm.  4 miles very slow.

I got up and headed to the lake for a morning swim but when I got there I realized I forgot my swim bag so didn't have goggles, so I went home and did a 2 mile TM walk and some core work.  I'll try the swim again tomorrow.

I worked up the courage to go play pickleball with the random people at the courts. It was really fun. As usual my serve failed me until I got really warmed up and then I did pretty well. It was hot but I played for 2 hours. Then I came home and jumped rope for 10 minutes.

1 mile swim with a bit of chop. Always fun to add that extr degree of difficulty. 
10 minutes jumping rope and 10 minutes of short fast drills. 
I decided to participate in the BYU Soccer Alumni weekend which is September 15-16. I need to get into soccer shape so I've gotta start doing more sprinting and changing directions. I've only got a few weeks. Luckily my cardio is already there.
