| I did a little warm up with a few running drills and some sprints totalling about 1 mile while waiting for Blake then we ran 6 miles on the trails. It was actually cloudy this morning with a nice cool breeze, so even though it was 93 degrees and the humidity was back up, it didn't seem too bad. Then some core work.

| It was much cooler (mid 80s) and a bit drier this morning. Blake and I did 6 out climbing 2264 feet then turned around and ran back down for a total of 12 miles.

| I warmed up with a little jog, some drills, and 5 sprints which all totaled 1 mile while waiting for Blake, then we did a 6 mile trail run. Afterwards I did some core work. It was a bit cooler this morning.
Looks like I went over 1000 miles for the year today!

| Blake and I ran 6.5 miles to the top of Crossman Peak for a 2854 ft climb then ran back down totaling 13 miles. We saw a couple deer on the way down. I didn't think we had deer in Havasu. I've lived here 16 years and that was a first.
