TM 2% incline, 8 minute miles. First 4 in my vibrams then started getting blisters on the bottom of my feet, so switched to my normal running shoes for the last 2 miles.
Maybe I should get me some of those new vibrams that are running specific.
Vibram 5 Fingers Miles: 4.00

I have a pair of Vibrams, but I've never tried running in them. recently I got a pair of Merrell Barefoot trail shoes and I like them a lot better. Maybe you've seen the ads for them in Runnersworld.

I've run with just socks, the cheapo kind that hospital gives out, on the TM...never got blisters! :)
Are you just so glad you're not training thru the hot AZ summer?

Smooth, yes I'm loving not having anything specific to train for... probably a little too much. Some days I just take off, then I feel fat and lazy. I am still signed up for Pocatello, but I'm not running it. I'd like to do it some day though. Are your legs finally healthy again?

Yeah I hear you about not having anything to train for. I was in that mode for a while. And the good thing though. Is it only took a short time before my body was back up and ready to hit it again. So take it easy and do your awesome xtraining bro. You will be back to it sooner or later. And when you do your going to be just fine.
