I ran out to the riverbottoms and then back to the house, I felt pretty good but a little tired towards the end my pace was pretty steady too, at least for me anyway. My average pace was 8:25 with a total time of 1:42:06, I finsihed up with some upper bodey weight training and some push-ups. It was a good end to the week especially where I lost a few days of training mid week.
