Morning run out past the Stake center. It was a serious death march! I have had some rough runs in my career but not like this, not for a while anyway. My average pace was 9:40 with a total time of 39:40, like I said it was a very rough run. After getting back to the house I jumped in the hot tub, I hope that will help my legs recover.
