My legs were wrecked from planting 37 flats of flowers on thursday, I was pretty much jogging the whole way this morning and the mileage was all that I had in the old legs today. My aveerge pace was way slow at 9:19 with a total time of 1:19:13, I finished up with some upper body weight training ans some push-ups.ts been a pretty decent week of running.
