Out to mini Gu again, the first mile I felt a little sluggish but then as the run went on I seemed to get into a pretty good rhythm, my average pace was 8:35 with a total time of 52:18...  I finished up with some push-ups, It was sure a nice morning! I wish it would stay this nice all year long.
