I ran the regular route this morning, I have had a terrible week as I have lost my mojo some this week but here is to a better week next week. My average pace was pretty steady at 8:29 with a total time of 1:26:17, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. It was a good end to the week but I have to be more consistant if I want to get to where I want to be.
