I ran out towards Payson Park but I cut out the rollers, I was a little sluggish on the way out but then on the way back my legs really loosened up and I was able to get in a pretty good rhythm. My average pace was 8:26 with a total time of 52:40, I had a couple of 8:05 mile splits on the way back. That was a pleasant surprise, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some psuh-ups. It was a beautiful Afternoon.

I ran the regular route this morning, I have had a terrible week as I have lost my mojo some this week but here is to a better week next week. My average pace was pretty steady at 8:29 with a total time of 1:26:17, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups. It was a good end to the week but I have to be more consistant if I want to get to where I want to be.
