10 mins on bike and 30 mins on elliptical. I saw Heidi M, Sara H, & Ryan P. from our ward there today. I didn't get to see my favorite gals Julie, Lily or Lyns, but I did see my baby doctor and before I left I saw my baby's daddy. :) My doc is actually a midwife and she's awesome. I have been seeing her there for the last couple of weeks and I love it because now I know if I have any questions or problems I can just go to the gym in the morning and ask her. I talked to her one day and she gave me a hug. I really like her, she's so much more personable than the doc who delivered Kamrie. He was also supposed to deliver Carson, but couldn't and ended up sending his midwife and that's why I picked her for this baby. | Wednesdays are Wes' spin mornings so I usually just get a quick 30 minute work out on Weds because that's all the time I have. Today I only did 15 on the elliptical and 10 on bike b/c I had to hurry to maceys for a bunch of groceries so we wouldn't starve today. :) Today is my glucose test. Looking forward to it. :) not really.

| Today I rode my bike to the park w/ my kids in the bike trailer. It's about 2 miles round trip. I have been working out a little, but not as much b/c Wes' boss just took a new job else where and Wes was offered his job. He's been super busy and going to work early and coming home later so my work outs aren't there as much as they should be. Just know my food consumption has gone up even though energy and exercise has gone down. :) While at the park I saw and talked with Vanessa Heber. She's such a cute girl and is going to boston this year and then I think she said she's doing Ogden too...I can't remember anyway she's very nice and is very consistent at the gym! I also ran into MichelleL walking w/ her husband. I didn't get to talk with her as long, but she said her next race is the Provo 1/2 on May 1st, I told her it was hers. :) She confirmed that Josse was pregnant and I am so excited for her!!!
