10 mins on bike and 30 mins on elliptical. I saw Heidi M, Sara H, & Ryan P. from our ward there today. I didn't get to see my favorite gals Julie, Lily or Lyns, but I did see my baby doctor and before I left I saw my baby's daddy. :) My doc is actually a midwife and she's awesome. I have been seeing her there for the last couple of weeks and I love it because now I know if I have any questions or problems I can just go to the gym in the morning and ask her. I talked to her one day and she gave me a hug. I really like her, she's so much more personable than the doc who delivered Kamrie. He was also supposed to deliver Carson, but couldn't and ended up sending his midwife and that's why I picked her for this baby.
