not a good nights sleep.  one bad dream after another.  awake every hour.  every noise woke me  up.  anyway I was so tired of tossing and turning I got up and put on my gym clothes but just didn't have the energy to get in the car to go to the gym.  was going to do my pilates dvd at home, but couldn't find it.  I thought it was a sign...

no exercise, but it was my dadio's 80th birthday party today.  his name is fred...and his dad's name is burton.  there really needs to be more burton's and more fred's in the world. :) right burt?

Today I walked two miles on the TM at a brisk pace and at a higher incline.  I didn't feel like I overdid it at all and I drank plenty of water and had an apple before I got to the gym.  Then I stretched and did a few lunges and stuff.  I ran to Macey's before I went home to grab some milk, I ran into a girl there that wanted to gab and all of the sudden I started to get really hot and felt like I wanted to throw up.  I finally left that girl and tried to check out and I almost passed out.  The cashier said I was turning white and that I should sit down.  Luckily I had already entered my pin for my groceries and I made it to the bench to sit down.  My eyes started watering, my forehead felt really hot, but luckily no fainting.  I made it to my car and chugged some water and shoved a granola bar in my mouth.  I don't know why but I thought food might help.  Anyway I came home and Wes was already in his car ready to go b/c my fiasco at Maceys took way longer than it was supposed to.  I am feeling better now, but I have a small head ache.
