Lyns byns, I am looking into it and the bradley method. I didn't have a good experience w/ my epidural with Carson, so I'm trying some different methods. :) Wes' sister has delivered 4 of her kids with a combo of both the Bradley method & hypno birthing methods. She said if I can run a marathon I can give birth naturally. :) so we shall see...

ha ha ha no not at all. she just said a marathon takes a lot of time and patience and will power. And if I was determined enough to train for and run that, then I can do this. :) positive thinking...positive thinking... :)

Merri I am logged on as Desi, but it's me ali. Natural birth isn't bad at all. Your recovery time is so much faster as well. I would agree that if you can do a marathon you can give birth naturally! I'll support you 100%. Keep up the good workouts woman.

merri 3 out of my 4 were natural. I did the "just survive it method". It is painful but there is something about doing it without drugs that just can't be explained. I did have a neighbor do the hipno birthing thing and she loved it!
