| 2 mile run before the 1 hour sweat fest we had in spin. oh it was way above any of Burts sweat charts. So lately I've noticed my grocery receipts have been more than I have thought they should be. I'll check them and see I was over charged here and there. And granted it's usually around $2 or less, but if I go grocery shopping once a week, and I am overcharged $2 each time, in a year I would have been over charged $104 and that would buy me a new pair of running shoes. :) Soooooo is it worth it for me to go in for my $2??? I hate to look like the crazy cheapo skeapo that I am, but really $100 by the end of the year?

2 miles & 1 hour pump with Kristen. So I have been resting my hip for the last week. Not really sure if there's much difference. I can run on it, and I can feel it. It's not a horrible feeling, probably a 3 or 4 on a 1-10 scale of pain. The problem is that I am usually running on a 0 on the pain scale. Should I just run on it and deal with it? Allie would probably tell me to run on it until I cry.

5 miles. hip feels good. doing stretches and other things allie recommended. gym has a ton of machines not working. the girl at the front desk said the maintenance man has disappeared. no one has seen or heard from him in two weeks. creepy.
If you're a lady and want to do wasatch back I know someone selling their spot. :) The opening is for runner#3 and the cost is $105.00. Who doesn't want to run with strangers? But we're all brothers and sisters in the running world right? |
