Wednesdays are Wes' spin mornings so I usually just get a quick 30 minute work out on Weds because that's all the time I have. Today I only did 15 on the elliptical and 10 on bike b/c I had to hurry to maceys for a bunch of groceries so we wouldn't starve today. :)

Next time you're in Utah county find a Macey's and get a king kong ice cream cone from their deli. It's huge and delicious!
