Runners Boot Camp.. 3 miles with 1-2 lap sprints with burpees and squats in between...aya aye I. Nice beat down. Followed it up by a couple miles on the track!
Well.. the bad news. My goal of getting at least 100 miles a month is already a buST. The good news was I ran 7.11 miles and felt great. The other bAd news is it was on a device that consists of rollers and cheese. Felt Aight today though. Some weak attempt at weights after the ruN. Peace. Time for some DD's.
Finally...Needed the sun and some blue skies, but I finally got into some DD's. Decided to to the Middle Fork loop. Kept in nice and easy. Avg around a 9 minute mile. Not steller, but not total weaksauce either. Peace!
