Happy Fourth o' July! Decided I needed some miles and vert so, met up with Hugh at the North Fork Trail Head and went to the top o' Ben Lomond. What an awesome trail. three Moose encounters, one Bryce W. sighting at the top. Great way to start the day. Perfect up there.

Ealry morning half with Tracy, Matt, and Clayton. We decided to hit the Snowbasin half.. Wheelers/East Fork/Green Pond/ Maples/Ice Box and Wheelers. Perfect temps out. Legs felt aight. The climb up East Fork never gets any shorter...

After a spectacular summer lightning storm last night.. The trails were alive! Met up with Matt and Tracy and did the 9 mile loop in reverse. Up Wheelers /IceBox/Middle and then down East / Wheelers. A skoosh muddy but awesome out! Sweating like a Fo'..

A nice cruiser on the ol' R-scape loop on the BST. Met up with Matt, Tracy, Clayton, and Jeremy. Nice out a bit muggy, but the trails were prime.

| Awesome quick trip to Yosemite to run with the Bros. Gdoc and I flew in to meet up with Scarback and Hairdog. Headed up to the four mile TH and set off on the Loop. Huge first 5 mile climb up to Glacier point - great vistas. Took the panaromic trail over to Nevada falls and then the Mist trail back down to the valley. First time to Yosemite - Lots o sweet trails. Will be back. Great times. Vert 5300ish

Another 9 miler up at Basin. This time met up with Rob at the Green pond trail head and ran lower green pond/Needles/Maples trails over to the Coldwater canyon overlook. Met up with Brandon and Ben up at the overlook. Cruised back down to the lower parking lot. Great times. Happy Pioneer day!

Woooza of a run this AM. Friend Hugh whose running Wasatch100 for first time wanted to see some of the trail this morning so, we headed out early!! Up to Brighton for our start. We headed from Brighton to Rock Springs and back. A couple words describe these miles: Unbelievably pretty and Steep. major grinder sections Hitting the back side climb up to Catherine's pass at mile 21 is steep. Weather was great for the most part some major humidity in a couple spots, but over all lucky I think. This was needed with the El Vaquero Loco coming up. Vert 8155 Some Pics

| Sweet AM run with Tracy and Matt. Headed up from Wind Surfer to Rocky Point. Was able to hold the gear to the top. This actually surprised me considering the run on Sat. Perfect temps. Lake was waiting to be skied though... |
