The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

| Sweet new BST section. Dropped a car at the Nature Center TH on Mtn Road and headed over to the North Ogden divide TH with Matt. Ran the new Cold Water BST section back to the Nature center. A couple of those miles are MONEY. Will be hitting that again. Fun to hit some new trails.
