The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

| Skyline West up from Pineview to the three mile post. FS is destroying the trail. They are in the process of running a 4 ft' mini dozer up the trail in order to make it more enjoyable for people who shouldn't be on it.. If you can't handle the heat in the Kitchen.. Perfect morning... better enjoy the trail before it's completely screwed~!
