| Random Race morning... Striders Winter Race Circuit 5k this morning. Start line in the Dee Event center parking lot at 8:00. Luke had practice at 8 at the Weber State indoor field, so great timing. Brandon, Rob, Tim, Brett, and Ben were all running so I decided yesterday I better go have some fun with them. Ran with Tim for the first mile+ then you hit some decent hills, so I tried to pick it up.. Felt good on a rainey hilly course. Maybe 5ks are the way to go.. Everyone did great out! I think I ran more miles this week then all of January, so I better pace myself...

| Finally hit some dirt.. North from Rainbows with Matt, Taylor, and Tracy. Cold temps, but felt good to hit the trails. Air was pretty clean and clear! Good times.
