| Ah.. No wind, rain, or snow.. Sweet morning for the Ogden Half! Thanks to Scarback, I was able to hit this with Fred. No real training meant no real goals except to go have a great time. Which was had. Plenty of awesome people out on the course! Perfect outing under the Blue Dome. Hung with Freddie for the first mile and then just started to try and ramp it up.. Forgot my watch so, was just out running 8:34 avg - Perfect.

| Oh man.. Ran into Chad this AM who said he was headed to the fire trail with Clay.. So, why not.. 1900 ft gain in 1.5 miles. It's quad/calf/lung burner.. Perfect out.
