AM-  Easy sore 2 miles with Allison from the cabin up High Country and back.  10:23 ave

PM- Ran the run with Greg and the kids, but really stayed way slow and back with Greg. We are both still sore from Saturday and my hamstring is super tight.  We went 4.5 miles at 8:46 ave

Ran down to Lava with the kids.  This run is always brutal, but this year it was way cooler and we had a breeze which made it way nicer.  I started slow and it took a while to get the legs going.  Probably the slowest first 3 miles that I have done, but it translated to 3 of the fastest last miles I have done.  I ended up catching everyone in the last couple of miles except Adam, Tanner, Joe, and Levi, but might have run as fast as Joe and Levi.  Tota time was 57:11 for the 9.2 miles.  No blisters either.  Felt pretty good considering.

Warmed up before the relay and since it rained all morning we cut the relay in half and everyone ran one leg.  My leg was 9:05, not the best, but I was running against the girls and I was trashed.  My left hammy is messed up, so I will take a couple days off now and get a massage.  Cooled down after.  Coaches took 2nd this year.

Met Jordan and Isaac at Potato Hill for Jordan's last run before his mission.  We ran on Ann's trail out and back at an easy pace.  Beautiful morning.  Good to run with the boys and a run easy.  I am still beat up for last week and camp.
